MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Madison police officers initiated a traffic stop late on Monday night that resulted in three arrests.
According to the incident report, the initial stop was made because people were seen throwing glass bottles out of the vehicle.

The suspect vehicle was pulled over on E. Washington Ave. shortly before midnight. All people in the vehicle were reportedly intoxicated.
The driver, 29-year-old Marco Gonzalez Ramirez of Middleton was arrested for his fourth-offense of OWI, and two 19-year-old passengers were arrested for the following:
- Underage drinking
- Littering
- Obstructing and resisting
