MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – A 37-year-old member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin was indicted on Dec. 17 for allegedly dealing drugs.
According to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Jerome Crowe, of Shawano, was charged with intent to distribute cocaine. If convicted, Crowe faces up to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $1 million.

Court documents state that on or about Nov. 19, 2024, while at a location on the Menominee Indian Reservation, Crowe possessed cocaine in a quantity indicating an intent to distribute.
If convicted, Crowe also faces a term of supervised release and a special assessment of $100.
