(WFRV) – Authorities in northern Wisconsin say a cyber tip led to the arrest of a 20-year-old woman on 46 felony charges related to the possession and distribution of child pornography.
According to a release from the Forest County Sheriff’s Office, the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force informed deputies of a cyber tip they received from the National Center for Missing and Endangered Children.

Officials say the Forest County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force started an investigation and was able to determine a possible location of a suspect in Forest County who was allegedly spreading the child sexual abuse material.
On Wednesday, January 29, detectives with the Forest County Sheriff’s Office took 20-year-old Chloe M. Mullin from Crandon into custody. On the same day, detectives also executed a search warrant on a home in the Township of Nashville, where electronic devices were seized.
Mullins was given a $10,000 cash bond and booked into the Forest County Jail on the following charges:
- 21 felony counts of possession of child pornography
- 21 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child – produce, perform, etc.
- 4 felony counts of sexual bestiality sell/publish obscene material.
Officials say Mullins was able to post bond and was released from custody on bond with the condition of no access to the internet.
at this time, no other information is available and the investigation into the incident is ongoing with additional charges and arrests possible to come following a forensic evaluation of the seized electronic devices.
